Hello everyone, I’m moving to the United States soon from Lebanon, and I want to bring my dog with me. I know that Lebanon is a high risk country for rabies, so there’s a bunch of procedures I have to do to be able to bring her. I also know that most (if not all) states require the dog to have a health certificate from a US-accredited veterinarian (which is impossible since we live in Lebanon). Is this rule only for US-dogs or do they apply for international ones? The state we’re moving to is Ohio, with probably a layover in New York or Chicago.
