Both my kittens have ringworm..will it ever go away?

I have 2 kittens, a male (6months) and a female (7 months).I have given them oral anti-fungal treatment where the regimen was feed 1 week , stop 1 week and repeat for 3 cycles. We also cleaned our studio once a week. It seemed like it went away at the end of the treatment.

It's been 1 week since they have finished the treatment however I see them both scratching at least 5X in an hour and I can still see some of the fur on their face glowing again. I don't really know what to do. The antifungal oral medication is $100 for a small bottle. Is there any advice on what to do?

If I do nothing, is it possible that the ringworm will just go away on its own and it won't affect them anymore? I'm afraid it'll never go away.

Also, for those who have experience with lime sulfur, I'm unable to dip them in it, but I've tried spraying them. It's so hard, my female cat absolutely will not tolerate it :( do you put a cone on them after applying it so they won't lick themselves? And if so, how long do you wait to take it off since they aren't able to eat or use the litterbox with it on.

I appreciate any advice!! :'(
