Tomorrow is going to be insane for Chicagoans. Temps have been getting down to 0 for the past few days but tomorrow the high will be -13. It’s my first full winter with a dog and I’m getting some competing information about taking them out to pee and poop. I bought some puppy pads and put a few throughout my apartment but my dog isn’t used to them at all. Any advice? Should I even think about taking her out for a 5 minute walk around my courtyard tomorrow?
