My dog's groomer is threatening her clients on Yelp and posting about them on Facebook. Unprofessional?

This might be a long one so bear with me.

My mother took our dog (Chloe) to a groomer the other day. We have been having trouble with Chloe because she has started to get really upset over seemingly nothing? She doesn't like being picked up unannounced and will try to bite or snap at you if you get too close to her when she is in her space. She has always been a friendly dog, just slightly territorial towards my mom. Recently she hasn't gotten her hair cut so it's slightly matted on her stomach. She's only a small thing, around 10 lbs.

Chloe never really had a problem with groomers, or at least, the original groomer (OG) we took her to. The OG was always friendly and nice. She knew she had to groom my dog with extra care. This OG unfortunately passed away so we had to find another groomer pretty fast. The new groomer (NG) is very strict and very blunt about all of the clientele she takes. She consistently cuts clients off if they get on her bad side or if the owner messes up once (by showing up slightly off schedule; by asking simple questions about her practice, etc.).

Chloe had been there once before where upon arriving we told the NG about her aggressiveness and how it can be sudden. NG assures that she can work on her if she put a muzzle on her. We agreed as long as she got her hair cut. NG wasn't aggressive and politely put the muzzle on. She carefully cut around the muzzle to Chloe's "whiskers" because they had eye goobers on them. NG proceeds to remove the muzzle to try to cut my dog's chin when my dog then bites her. NG calmly says "ok, she's done" and goes to address her small wound. She then tells my mother, "oh, PLEASE don't write me a bad review on Yelp".

Fast forward to today, my mom happens to see that NG posted on her social media as follows, "This is what happens when you don't train your senile, old dog." and posted a picture of her wound wrapped in multiple layers of gauze. My mother then tells me about the Yelp page comment. Here, I found that we weren't the only ones being targeted by NG. All of the one star reviews on her page were commented on, by her, threatening legal action if they don't take down their reviews. Is this legal? It can't be, right? I have never seen this blatant amount of unprofessionalism by any business either.

TLDR; My groomer ignored warning about my dog being aggressive, it bit her, she posted on social media and then I found she threatens all of her one-star reviewers. This can't be right.
