Hey guys,
So I have two medium size male Yorkies. They are currently 2 years old. I moved out of my parents house about a year ago and the two of them obviously came with me. They both got snipped as soon as they were old enough.
So my issue is as follows :
I took them to an 8 week training course when they were young for all the basic commands etc. They are pretty obedient but since last summer ( about 3 months ago for us) they refuse to go on the grass to do their business due to the grass being wet. Now when I was there I would try force them to use the grass but when I am not home I could not help it. They started messing on the patio. Once the rain and wet grass stopped they seem to have gotten used to this and I'm not sure how to stop them doing this,.
Now the issue is I can never catch them in the act and I don't see it helpful to scold them hours after they have done this.
The one boy has also started marking his territory inside the house now!!!!
Any tips ?
Ive also tried about 300 different products to spray to make them avoid that area.
