Dog from hell

I have 2 dogs, a Pug X Cavalier (M) and a Pug X Beagle (F). My male is amazing and such a good dog. He's nearly 2 and I can only think of 2 really naughty things he's done in his life.

My female on the other hand is a nightmare. She's 14 months and makes Marley from Marley & Me and Hooch from Turner & Hooch look like perfect dogs.

We got her when she was 3 months old and she has (so far):
- chewed the skirting boards in the house (multiple times)
- chewed our coffee table (on every corner)
- chewed our blinds
- chewed our dining room chairs
- knocked over and destroyed our Christmas tree and chewed the ornaments/decorations
- chewed a nice big hole in our couch
- chewed clothing/shoes
- rips washing off the line
- digs EVERYTHING (we put a wire chicken wire fence around part of the garden and she chewed through it!)
- she's bitten my male on the leg and he now has a scar
- she'll bite us when she wants attention
- peed on the furniture (just 2 weeks ago I was cuddling her on the lounge and she suddenly got up and peed on the couch right next to me)
- knocks over and goes through the rubbish bin inside

She's toilet trained and we have a doggy door and she comes and goes throughout the evening and overnight.

We have tried EVERYTHING and we are at our wits end as to what to do with her. She's not bored - we go for walks, play them them every day, they have bones and toys and they sleep inside and get so many cuddles and kisses/affection/love so she can't be doing it for attention...can she?

Everyone says it's because she's half Beagle and Beagles are "horrible" dogs when it comes to behaviour. I'm hoping this is true and she grows out of it as she gets older.

Has anyone else experienced this with their dogs? Is it an individual dog thing, a puppy thing or just a Beagle thing?

I've had dogs my whole life and have never had a dog this bad.
