So I hosted a couple of friends for 4 days and they have 4 dogs. I have a fenced backyard so I told them that it would be fine for them to bring the dogs, I don’t have any pets, I love dogs! I had a great time hosting them, we went out, had fun, but when I got home after they left (I was at work when they left) I went to the backyard and there were at least 20 piles of shit there! I mean, 4 dogs for 4 days, you can imagine.
I’m so furious, this is the most disrespectful thing I’ve ever seen. You host someone, feed them, give them plenty of space for their dogs to run around (they could not get any hotel around here with 4 big dogs so I thought I was being helpful) and now I’m stuck cleaning the poo??
Im really debating if I should mention this to them. I feel like if I ask why they didn’t pick it up they may have a plausible answer like OMG WE FORGOT! That may make me feel better than what I’m feeling right now. As of now I just think they are pieces of shit who I should never talk to again.
Should I bring this up via text? If I don’t I’ll just make my own assumptions in my head that they are just nasty pet owners... would you leave all your dog poo on someone else’s yard?
