My family's old cat that died a few years ago used to love cuddling and being carried around and sleeping on people's laps. He would just purr for hours.
This new cat (2 y.o.) we adopted three months ago is not into any of that. She likes a few pets but then she's done (and very willing to let you know she's done). Are we approaching her wrong or is it just her character?
