my friends cat has just passed

hello all, I hope this is the right place to post.

my friends cat just passed away this weekend. her kitty meant the entire planet to her and she is absolutely devastated :(

I wondering if anyone is aware of any Canadian non profit organizations that do a memorial donation type thing that is pet related; where me and another friend donate money in my friends late kittys name, and we get a card we can give to her. I found a couple organisations that do this, but they're american and I'd like to try to find a Canadian organization to give to.
