I can't find any info online or on my vets website. My 2yr old dog has had a roughly pea-sized lump on his head since 6 months. I've taken him to the vet twice, but they just said to monitor it if it's not causing him difficulty or pain or growing.
I can't be sure, but it does feel like it's getting a little bigger and I just want to get it fine needle aspirated for peace of mind. If it turns out to be dangerous then I'll have it removed.
Does anyone have any ideas about price range for FNA or lump removal at vetsforpets. I know it's different in every area, but it'd be nice to have a figure in mind. He's covered with Petplan's ultimate cover, but I doubt they'll cover it because it's a pre-existing condition.
