Just moved to Florida and I now live in a red zone for heart worm. I was thinking maybe heartgard but MDR1 is kind of off-putting. Even though I know it should still be fine if they do have the gene. Now my cat is indoor but I am thinking a flee and tick preventative would be a good idea too. So maybe heartworm, tick and flees all in one med or Heartgard and then a seperate one for flees and ticks? Whatever’s the cheapest and also safe for my cat. Thanks in advance!
