Kinda rehoming

Hey! So I dont know if this is the right place to ask this or not but if ita not some other sub recommendations would be great!

So, my cat is about 1 year and 6/7 months old, I found her when she was about about 4/5 weeks outside of my work and brought her home to make sure she was safe and properly taken care of, we were going to foster her out but I fell totally in love with her. At the time I was living at my fiances house, so that's where she was living. I moved out about 6 months ago to be closer to my job, and because I couldn't afford to bring her with me they let her stay there. I visited at least 3 nights a week and finally have enough money to confidently bring her home with me!! Shes very friendly and outgoing to other people, but theres another cat and a small dog in the house shes horrified of, I was just wondering what I could do to make her more comfortable. She has the strongest connection with me, despite withing with my fiance for so long, but also adores him. Would having him over most of the time during the transition period be helpful? Any ideas welcomed! Shes also got some medical issues. Severe allergy to fleas, respiratory infection and is only barley 7 pounds (not underweight, just super tiny). My vet said that as far as care for her I'm doing as much as I can, but I can always tell shes stressed out when she really starts sneezing, which she has been doing only around the other animals. I've got her food and water and litter in my bedroom, along with all the same things downstairs in the common areas, she seems to know the bedroom is her safe spot which is amazing. Thanks!

TLDR: My cat finally moved into my new place from fiances, would having him spend more time there help her feel more at home?
