[help] My cat is waterholic, but how can I make her pee by herself?

My cat (+-4F) loves water, not like any other cat I've had, she just CAN'T SEE ANY WATER without begging for it (and no, she was never thirsty). If she sees someone drinking from a glass or a mug she jumps and begs, even after we bath, and drinks if allowed! Her water source is constantly cleaned, she doesn't drink after a couple hours left still and washes her paws there signaling it to be changed (we've noticed that after she washes her pawns there she doesn't drink there anymore and meowns by the sink where she sees us filling her water, even jump at the sink ). I live with 7 other people so everybody changes her water all the time because it's cute how she asks for it lol I think this is great because cats usually have kidney problems. I feed her a castrated oriented food with less salt than most, cause I thought that was causing it.

Sooo the problem is: she doesn't pee alone. She has a litter box, constantly cleaned too, and she poops every morning but doesn't pee. Whenever I notice her belly getting big when I pick her up I bring her to the box and she instantly pees. A lot. Without effort, just pees a strong flow and a big amount due all the water she drinks. I don't know why! If I don't take her there she just doesn't go, I've tested it leaving her an entire day by herself, she pooped but didn't pee. What can I do? Right now it's okay, it's quarentene, but after that?
