Hi, I’m looking into adopting a pet. But I haven’t laid out the possibilities yet. I am willing to spend 500 USD on everything the pet needs for upfront costs including the animal. After that 1000 dollars a year works. I am looking for a companion to take care of and something I can handle. I am willing to do up to 3 hours of care. I can not have a dog or cat due to dorm rules about them. Does anyone have a good recommendation?
