Pill pocket alternative for cats?

I have a little floof who is very picky and has daily pills, which she used to take via greenies pill pockets. I recently moved to Australia and no one imports those here.

I eventually found a solution where I get a "creamy" liquid treat (fancy feast ones, she won't eat the Dine brand) and mix the contents of a capsule in it and she likes that.

The problem now is that she's been prescribed a new med which comes in tablets that I have to cut into quarters. I've tried crushing it up and giving it to her in the same treat that she gets the capsule in, but she won't eat it. I've tried crushing it up and serving it to her in her favorite wet food but she either leaves it or only eats part of it, not getting a full dosage. If I try to hide the whole quarter without crushing it she eats around it.

I'm wondering if there's any safe ingredients I can use to create homemade pill pockets or if anyone has a better solution to suggest. Most of the online posts for homemade pill pockets are for dogs and I don't know if they are safe for cats. Does anyone know of a safe recipe for cats that she can have once daily? I see this one, but I'm not sure about these ingredients: https://www.ovrs.com/blog/pill-pockets/

If not, the only thing left I can think of is having the dosage custom compounded into a capsule or liquid and trying new combinations of creamy treats and wet food until I find one she will eat, but that's time consuming and extremely expensive.
