Cat drama!

Hi guys! So I need some help. We have three cats, ages 5 (Houdini), 6 (Hendrix), and 3 (Delia). I've had Houdini since he was a kitten, Delia since she was around 3-6 months old, and we adopted Hendrix almost two years ago. Here's our issue- Hendrix has not adapted to the other two AT ALL. When they get anywhere near him he hisses and goes into defense mode. Our other cats used to hiss back or even try to swat/charge (at which time we separated them again IMMEDIATELY) but that behavior from their end is long gone (last incident was probably a year ago). But Hendrix still does not want anything to do with them. We recently moved and beforehand Hendrix was condemned to our bedroom and we have been keeping all doors open in the new place to maybe try and help him adjust but he hides under our bed basically 24/7 other than sleeping on the bed with us at night. We have occasionally caught all three on the bed together, which is definitely progress at least. At this point we have tried multiple types of separation/reintroduction, Feliway diffusers, calming treats, prescribed anxiety meds from our vet and absolutely nothing has helped whatsoever. I almost feel at this point it's best to just keep him isolated in our room but I also don't want him to miserable confined to one room forever and deny our other cats access to us. I also don't think it's a medical condition either, due to the fact that Hendrix sees the vet regularly.
