If properly cleaning dog pee with enzyme cleaner, will you still see it under a black light?

I’m trying to clean up dog pee on my rug, and I understand I need to soak the area with an enzyme cleaner like natures miracle. But I still smell a faint smell and I’m trying to track the source of that smell. I can still see all the old pee spots that I’ve successfully cleaned (or so I think) under a black light. Does this mean I didn’t clean it right or will that always be there?
