If you could have ANY animal as a pet (past or present)- what would it be?

For this question, it's legal to own the animal, and would. Ot hurt you/others (unless its for protection?)

The ones I usually think of...

• Big cats, the fluffier the better. Im more of a cat person than a dog person, and always wanted onsle- makes.me :( when I know I wont be able to

• Capuchin monkey- Can you say cute AF?

And since im odd, I'm going to search to find out the costs to care for the animals properly. :)
