So I brought my kitty home and I took her right out of the kitten carrier and put her in the apartment. She was not too freaked out, sniffing everything but definitely nervous (tail down and legs close to the ground).
Eventually I realized this and within 20 minutes I put her in a smaller room with all her stuff and left the door slightly open.
Does this kinda mistake make a difference or am I overthinking?
