Please Help, I'm at a loss and desprate

We have been to the vet 6 times in the past few days. No one can seem to tell me what's wrong with our cat. We have already gotten a second opinion, and we still don't know.

5 days ago our cat (13M) started dry heaving. We took him to the vet the next morning. Vet gave him some anti-nausea med and told us to call him if he still was nauseous. 3 hours later, he was still dry heaving. We went back to the vet and he got more anti nausea med, which did help a bit. He had blood work that came out all clear and a clear ultrasound. He still became nauseous after the meds wore out. We took him in for a second opinion to a different vet. He had x-rays done and still nothing has been found. We took him back for a re-check to that vet, first giving him one anti-nausea med, then another. We went back to our original vet and they started having us give him meds for an ulcer maybe, but he only seems worse now. We got more blood work done and it came back even better than before. Is he supposed to seem worse before he's better? We're so worried. We love him so much.

He is lethargic, not hungry, and nauseous. He has urinated and pooped. He is on fluids at home to keep him hydrated. He's on multiple different medicines. All the tests say this is a perfectly healthy cat, but he is clearly not. What could be wrong or what should we do to figure it out?

I love this boy so much and desperately don't want to lose an otherwise perfectly healthy cat when we're doing our best to try and just keep hitting roadblock after roadblock.

Also, I have bloodwork copy and everything if more information is needed. Kind words also appreciated.

We're brand new to posting on reddit but we should be able to message any needed info. I don't know how to link the info on here.
