Cat aggressive towards other cat after getting neutered?

My family has two cats: Squeak & Baby. Squeak just turned one a few days ago. Baby is about 2 & alreadneutered. Squeak got neutered on Tuesday morning. We brought him home that afternoon & him & Baby seemed to be getting along, but Squeak started bleeding again so we had to take him back to the vet Tuesday evening, less than an hour after he got home. We picked him up on Friday morning. Squeak & Baby sniffed each other for a minute but Squeak suddenly became aggressive towards him; his tail puffed out to twice its size & he started cocking his head to the side. Squeak chased Baby behind the entertainment center so we kept them in separate rooms for about an hour & a half so Squeak could get adjusted before letting them into the living room. Baby hissed at me when I tried to pick him up because he was still terrified of Squeak. Squeak chased baby back into the bedroom & into the closet. They fought for 15 seconds before Baby escaped; Squeak is still locked in the bedroom with food, water, and a litter box. Squeak has been affectionate with all three of his humans since he got home, but he seems to go into fight-or-flight mode whenever he sees Baby. Has anyone else had this experience? What did you do & how long did it take to blow over?
