Every time I call they keep saying they're busy and they will bring her out as soon as they can. I paid as soon as I got here 15 minutes after they called me.
I called them 30 minutes after I paid, got told to be patient. Called after another 30. Told me they would bring her when they could. Another 30, called and asked if her discharge paperwork and invoicing was complete. They said the discharge paperwork was completed when they first called me and the invoicing was completed when I paid.
My dog hasn't eaten dinner, she's been there for hours already, and the vet told me to give her medicine that I can't give to her until I have her, and I still don't have her. I'm very frustrated.
