Hello, not sure if this is the right place to post, but while I was petting my boxer (8yo male, neutered) today, I felt a hard, golf-ball sized lump in his neck. I have not noticed it before, meaning it likely popped up quickly. It does not seem to move much, which worries me that it's cancer, but he shows no signs of discomfort unless it is touched. His behavior is normal, his apatite has not changed. My parents will not be home until Thursday or Friday, so we can't really get him to the vet until then. What could it be, and what can I do to help him until my parents come home?
