My cat(F) is 10 months old and my dog (labrador- M) is almost 5 years old. They just tolerate each other and usually ignore each others presence. They don’t mind being in the same room but never interact. On the other hand my cat plays a lot with my smaller dog. He’s a 1 year old maletese(M).
I realise him being the same size as her makes her more comfortable with him but I would also eventually want my labra and her to become friends. I’ve tried introducing them to each slowly and getting them to play together but nothing worked.
Will they ever get along? Does anyone has suggestions how? Any advice would be appreciated
