Wet food identical in texture to lickables bisque?

My cat is extremely picky with wet food and will only eat the lickables bisque (which I know is trash food). His issues seem to be with texture.

Does anyone know another that is a very thin bisque consistency, that would have better ingredients? He's having urinary issues and the vet said he needs more wet food, but giving lickables everyday probably wouldn't be good for him since they aren't very high quality.
