I have a 5 year old cat named snow that we got about 3 and a half months ago. Up until about a week ago she has been completely fine. She is on the fatter side and seems to scarf down her food. However, up until about a week ago she has never thrown up. Now she has been throwing up daily if not 2 times a day for the last few days to a week.
We are going to try taking her to the vet tomorrow but if they find nothing wrong with her, which I think is more than likely, it just doesn't make sense to me that it could be anything relating with her food as we have been feeding her the same food for months with no problems and we have always just fed them in the morning and let them graze through the day.
When she throws up it doesn't seem to be directly after eating either and most of the time it seems to be fairly digested food with maybe a kibble or two in it other than once or twice when it was clearly undigested kibble.
Either way it just seems weird to me that she all of a sudden would have a problem with her food after months of eating it without issue.
I am going to probably try to switch to grain free diet but if anyone has any idea please let me know!
