I have a fairly elderly mixed Staffie/lab (11yrs). About a week ago she started grumbling and groaning with relative frequency. This was a rare behavior before but now she does it a lot. I haven't determined a specific thing that causes her to do it. She seems to do it when laying down and shifting while napping (Not the only time she does it).
Is this nothing or could she be developing joint pain or does she have some sort of other issue? I initially thought she had tummy ache but its been awhile.
