Hello, Reddit! I (M21) have been fostering a kitten that my family found in an alley/junkyard, and I was just wondering how much attention I should and should not be giving the kitten at a time. He is about 3.5 weeks old at the moment, and was only a few days old when I found him. I feed/stimulate him every 4-5 hours, but I'm afraid he could be lonely. His only other sibling passed away shortly before we found him, so he is basically all by himself. We have set up a small play pen for him complete with blankets, a heating pad, a litter box and toys.
He sleeps most of the time, but whenever he wakes up before feeding time (especially when it's very early), I get worried about whether or not he might be lonely. Does anyone have any advice on this?
