Hello all, I live in a condo complex that are individually owned so each landlord has their own pet policies and lease agreements. There are other pets in the building. When I found the apartment, my landlord said "well as long as you don't have a dog the apartment is yours." I said I do not have a dog. He said he has had enough with dogs and dog owners in the past. It will be a year this May that I am living there and I want to send him an email requesting if I can adopt a kitty. I have wanted one for soo long as I live by myself and they are less destructive than dogs. Any tips on how to write the email? I want to sound professional and convince him to let me have a kitty. I'm thinking to put in the email a pet rent or deposit amount too. Any suggestions are appreciated!!
