Apologies if this has been discussed before, I just joined.
Basically I’m looking to move to a new appt complex at the start of next year as well as planning to adopt some kittens shortly after moving. All of the “pet friendly” appt complexes in the area that I am looking charge upwards $500 for a non refundable flat fee with an additional monthly fee of $50 per pet.
I’m wondering if anyone has tried going around these rules before and just not reported having pets— were there any major consequences for you? How would you advise me to approach this? Any advice would be helpful! Thanks!
