Adopted a 4 year old cat who was once feral and is now really shy and not eating food/Drink. Need Help.

We adopted a new cat, he's 4 years old, really shy and timid, and hasn't eaten/drank/pooped/peed in 3 days.

I'm concerned. he's still responsive and shaky but I've let him hide in his corner for 3 days straight. Fresh food and water, tried enticing him with tuna and wet food.

I bought feliway and sprayed around him just to try to get him to calm down.

I can just pick him up and move him around since he hasn't reacted to touching in anyway but I feel like he's still stressed and I'd want him to take his time but he has to eat and drink.
