Cat has been vomiting and having diarrhea since Thursday, won't eat his prescribed food

Hi all, I took my FIV+ cat to the vet on Thursday afternoon after he vomited twice that day + had diarrhea + excessive salivation (not constant, just from time to time). Vet did some blood test, they all came back normal. Nonetheless, he gave me a few medicines and some prescribed Urinary Care diet food. Problem is, my cat refuses to eat it.

I tried first to give it to him as-is, he just smells it, paws around it, and leaves. I tried dousing it with juices from his regular canned food, with no luck. I tried putting a minor quantity of dry food around it, but he still won't eat the wet food, and barely eats the dry food. I tried mixing it 50-50 with his regular food, still no luck. I have to say unfortunately on Friday and Saturday I caved in, and ended up giving his regular food. Yesterday morning he seemed perfectly fine, so I didn't even try, I gave him his regular food.

Then, yesterday he vomited twice and had diarrhea again, so in the evening I only went with the 50-50 mixture of regular food & prescribed diet, and he didn't eat it. I didn't give him any other food. I ended up taking it away after an hour or so, and after him taking one or two bites. So he barely ate anything.

This morning I woke up, he was meowing for food as always, and I once again offered him a 50-50 blend of prescribed food with regular food, and he didn't eat it. So I once again added a bit of dry food to encourage him, but he didn't even eat the dry food.

I'm looking for advice, I don't know what to do and I'm really scared for him. Other than the vomiting and diarrhea, he seems perfectly normal. He still grooms, he is still curious, still drinks water. I think I need to bring him to the vet again, but it's a civic holiday here in Canada so they are all closed.

EDIT: He seems unable to even eat the dry food. He takes it in his mouth and spits it out immediately.

SECOND EDIT: He won't even eat his regular food now. I gave him the smallest quantity of his regular food as a test, and he didn't touch it. He simply pawed at it like all the other attempts.
