Yesterday around noon I noticed my neighbor's cat had broken down their window screen and was stuck on the ledge of our building. I was able to push her back in and close the window. Since the screen had fallen out onto the ground, I brought it into our building and left it outside their door with a note about what happened and my contact info. The screen is still outside their apartment today, about 24 hours later, so I'm assuming they haven't come home. I don't have any contact information for the neighbor and I'm just wondering how many days I should wait before notifying the building managment to maybe do a wellness check? I was thinking one more night?
How long before you would get concerned about a cat on their own?
