My dog has shiny black fur but he has slightly white tail and and has a white crust in his chest area. He also has brownish golden hairs behind his ears. But recently the fur around his legs has turned into creme colour. He's already 3 years old. Is it something I should worry about?

Does dogs this old have change in fur colour? Also a new crest have started appearing in his chest.
