Leopard gecko red toes due to stuck shed

Two of her toes are red due to stuck shed. The shed has already been removed. One of them started to bleed a little but the whole toe is present, and the red is only at the tip of it. The other toe still has a claw but some of the toe is gone. The end of the toe and some of the nail is red, but no bleeding. Should I bring her to the vet, or should I just invest in some antibiotics for her and keep an eye on her? For the antibiotics, what kind do you recommend? I'm getting all different answers on the Internet.

Update: I'm researching and the general consensus is that you can use Betadine (povidone-iodine) and Neosporin without pain relief. Is this true that I can use these safely with my leopard gecko? Should I try using these medicines first and if they don't help then go to the vet?
