Are there any charities or non-profits that will help pay for vet bills for a senior cat or emotional support animals?

My cat keeps getting denied from charities because of his age (14), are there any that would help? She needs an MRI (or CT scan, but vet purfers MRI) from having a bad seziure and possible brain tumor.
