Hi. We got a Pomerenian dog back in July who was about 8 months old at the time. Since then me and my family have been very diligent in his potty training - we even hired a trainer. But 4 months later he still has many accidents on a weekly basis. He knows he needs to go to the bathroom outside, and we take him every few hours and he DOES go to the bathroom outside most of the time, but he still has many accidents inside! (Medical reasoning has been ruled out by vet)
Are some dogs just incapable of being potty trained? We've used all kinds of options (potty pads, cage training, etc.). We're about to give up...we have put in so much time and effort but his accidents are not stopping.
