Hey guys, so here's the story. I recently adopted a Chihuahua mix my extended family members used to have. But heres the thing. These relatives left their Chihuahua to fend for himself in an abadoned backyard because they moved from the house. All he had was a dog house, and someone occasionally came and gave him water and food. Not everyday. Occasionally. This guy has been through so much shit and once I heard about it from my mom, me and my bf rescued that poor Chihuahua mix.
Now hes happily living with us, but does suffer from anxiety because of the whole situation he been through. I also heard through the grapevine these relatives have adopted another dog and it made me furious.
I want to make an anonymous tip about these relatives neglecting animals. How do I go on about this? What is the process? I asked myself is it even worth it to report them since Im keeping the Chihuahua but I dont want that to happen to another animal. These people make me sick that they did this too this poor dog. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.
