Dog has suddenly started peeing in the house again

Hi,

I've got a 6 month old puppy who I swear to the divines was and is house trained. She's started peeing inside the house again, which we thought might be a reversion to more infantile behavior on the return of her primary human to the household (about three weeks ago). We've taken steps back towards how things were when she was being trained, i.e. letting her out more regularly. Today I got up at 5am to let her out, she did, decided she didn't want to go, returned to the door about half an hour later, and before I could get up she peed on the floor. We're taking her into the vet wednesday to see about why her stitches from being spayed aren't quite healing properly, and I'm going to make sure to ask about UTI, but what else could be causing this?
