So, I have prince charles cavalier at home, he is 5 years old and very friendly dog, he mostly ignore cats outside, if not ignoring he is just showing kind of curiosity towards cats. Now to the point, I found kitten in street, she was in really poor condition and now she is at my home. She is fine now, very playful and likes to cuddle. She is now 2 days at my home, and she already seems comfortable with space. What bothers me is that she is stalking my dog, he is changing position as she comes too close, and when she comes close she starts to hiss and run away. Dogs reactions are mostly tail wiggle and he doesn't looks at her, he is moving his head on the side. Also, we (me and family) don't leave them together without supervision, when we can't watch over them, I put cat in separate room and close the doors. It's all new experience to me so some advices are really appreciated. Also, cat is eating, drinking and going to bathroom normally, I see that as good signs, and she purrs. Thank you all!
