I'm currently using the Arm & Hammer clay litter which works perfectly for me but I would like to switch to a non-clay litter which is better for the environment. So far I bought a bag of Swheat Scoop, but my cat decided he wants to tear the bag open and play with the litter. While that's not a huge concern (I can always store the bag elsewhere), the Swheat Scoop is also slightly on the pricey side ($42 for 36lbs, or $1.16/lb) whereas the Arm&Hammer was $19 for 28lbs, or $0.67/lb. (Canadian prices)
So do you have any cat litter recommendations that meet these criteria:
- Clumping (not the pellet kind)
- Natural (or environmental)
- Low dust & good for eliminating odor
- Affordable (or at least cheaper than the Swheat Scoop)
