Help: Cat jumped high while playing and hit his head on a glass table hard. Does he need a vet ASAP? Likelihood of concussion?

Hi all,

My 8 month old kitten his his head very hard. His jump was maybe 4 feet high and he fell on a glass table that’s 3 feet high. It was at full speed. He didn’t meow or make noise but just sat down and started grooming himself. His eyes followed my fingers and he played normally after his wand toy immediately after. He also ate his treats normally and quickly. When he’s not playing though he’s laying down, eyes closed/sometimes squinted. Napping probably. He’s still very alert and the slightest noise wakes him up. He’s letting me pet his head so I don’t think it’s still hurting? No blood, discharge, etc.

I’ve read about cat concussions and I’m a little concerned. Should I take him to the emergency vet today? Can I wait to take him in the AM? Am I over reacting?
