Introducing New kitten to resident dog and cats

Hi, So recently we adopted a kitten (about 4 1/2 months old). We already have a dog (corgi mix, 8 years old) and 2 cats (both female, one is around 2, the other 8). I just wanted to see if anyone has any advice or what to watch out for as far as the kitten and dog. My older cat and my dog grew up together so they are comfortable with each other. They mostly just stay out of each other way. My younger cat we found last year and she is fearless. We (attempted to) keep her and my dog separated for the first few days but she escaped. My dog kind of snapped/growled at first but she would just hiss at him and run away. After a few days they were best of friends

Now however, this newer kitten has never been around dogs and this is its first home outside of its foster. I know it is going to take some time to adjust but I am not sure if there is anything else we can do to make him more comfortable. As of now, I have the upstairs blocked off from the dog. He has a couple hiding spaces to run to. He spent all last night crying but when my younger cat tried to approach him, he hissed (I am assuming out of fear). My dog saw him this morning. They were both a few feet away but my dog growled (no lunging or snapping and I was able to distract him easily) but I am a worried so I worry they won’t get along.

TLDR: is there a way to help the new kitten be more comfortable in our home, and get the resident pets used to him?
