There's a mouse and rat infestation in my area, I've been trying to set up traps all over my house but haven't caught much. my neighbors literally won't do anything, they're feeding the mice and letting them run around in circles in their living room cos its 'cute' and don't bother about containing them 🙄 .
Anyway my hamster's pretty big, but I've noticed they've been taking his food (not in his cage, the packet where we store the rest). these guys are so tiny, they can slip through such small cracks, one leapt out of a pizza box in front of my brother once, it was scary. do you think there's a chance they'll sneak into his cage? He's huge for a Syrian hamster, but I'm worried it'll stress him out. Even their presence outside his cage may cause anxiety maybe? He's already trembling quite a bit as it is.
