My parents recently bought a new house in the same community I was raised in. Today they got a welcome letter from the city giving the numbers of all the city services etc, it also said that there is 3 pet limit. Like I said, I grew in this town and never knew this existed and now I’m freaking out. Sorry if this sounds like nonsense but I really need to know what to do about this.
