What could my cat have?

I have a 7-8 year old cat I picked up from the roof of my house who has been very healthy and never fell ill until now. In late january we moved into a new apartment in which she can go outside by her own just fine, later in february my mother picked up a kitten from a town who has been annoying a little too much my cat but overall my cat would just slap her away, though here is when I noticed she's been a bit more aggressive when I pick her up. She never liked to get picked up but her aggression increase seemed off to me, but we kept going.

Later, one night when it was their late meal, I noticed my cat did not go to the kitchen to eat in which I found very strange, she only slept all day, so the next day we took her to a vet in which she said she just had many feces, so she just gave her a shot of vitamins and something in case her stomach hurted, in that week she still did not defecate but she seemed okay since she was eating.

However, last weekend she began gagging and spitting out something that looked like water with foam, this waste was transparent and she just kept throwing up this 'water' for 2 days, we sadly could not take her to the vet asap since we have stricter lockdowns during the weekend. This monday we finally took her there, in which she was very dehydrated and still unable to defecate.

The vets managed to stabilize her and my cat finally managed to eat and drink and later defecate just fine, but she kept eating very little and not by her own, the vets had to handfeed her. However, after many tests and observation, they did not find any illness or viruses in her. So we never really knew what she is sick of.

3 days later she finally returned here. Today she was clearly more active and even went for a walk outside and more interested to eat when it was meal time, though she only licked the wet food then walked back to my room to sleep, she's still a bit more aggressive than normal but she clearly seems far better, though I'm unsure if she can keep it up. Tomorrow we're giving her the medication that keeps her stomach calm, gentle food and proteins and vitamins.

I tried to keep this short but this is all the important parts, do you guys have any idea what could've happen to my cat?
