Hi all,
I have two cats, from the same litter and they've been solely living in flats as indoor pets their whole life. They go along very well, as they've always been together.
I will be moving in a few months to a house, where they would be mostly outdoor cats. There is basically no car traffic in the area, the speed limit is 30kmh, but the roads around are dirt roads, so cars can't even drive that fast. There is a forest next to the house, with boars, deer, and various other animals that come sometimes close to the house. No bears or wolfs though.
Two other cats are living at the house as outdoor cats already.
I have the possibility to leave my cats at my current flat with the next tenant, but I would absolutely prefer to take them with me. I would keep them in the house for 2-4 weeks, and would then slowly let them out.
Is this feasible IRL? Do you have any suggestions, experience? What would be best for them?
