Someone Please help!! - Baby Bird Found!

Today, I found a baby bird outside my home. It is a fledgling with full feathers, but is extremely small, has some pinfeathers, and can't fly. As per my observations, it seems to be a wren, or a similar species to that. I observed it for 3 hours, and no parents have showed up. I took it inside and have it in a cool, dark shoebox and have given it small bowls of water to drink from and offered it mealworms and put seeds near it to eat.

I don't know what to do. I have multiple pet birds and am quite experienced with the care of them (African greys, cockatiels, finches) and have cared for some abandoned baby finches unsucessfully (albeit much younger ones). I am able and willing to take the bird in permanently, and don't want it on my conscience if it dies either on my watch or by leaving it outside and it's parents don't show up. During this covid crisis, I'm not comfortable leaving my home and going to an animal shelter to give it in. Someone please help - I wanna give this guy a chance!
