My dog's issues are seriously affecting my mental health and I don't know what to do.

My dog is a 21m boston terrier and has a serious anxiety disorder which results in him literally eating anything he can find. Anything. He has had 3 surgeries to remove foreign objects, the latter two were when he was in a muzzle most of the time and leashed/supervised indoors the rest. We are so diligent and he always finds something. He is on mediation, we've tried different diets and exercise schedules and toys. It's an absolute nightmare and it is destroying my mental health (and bank account). It would be impossible to re-home him with his issues and I love him so much. I have had to take off time from work for stress, I have bipolar II and the stress is causing me to rapidly cycle.

I'm wondering if anyone has had similar situations or have any advice. TIA.

edit: I should mentioned a) he is crate-trained and is in there when we are not home and b) I got him from another family when he was 7 months, he was high anxiety from when I got him.
