!!!Please Help!!! My Beagle is acting weird

Hello, I have a Beagle (M, 4 y/o) and he is acting very weird the past few days, wondering if anyone had a similar experience, have any idea what can be causing it, and what can I do to help him?

I thought his front paws were hurt (maybe sprained?) but then that recover quickly after a visit to the vet, but then the weird thing happened, he screams a few times for no reason when he was just napping by himself, and now he won't get near those spots and he keeps wanting to go out and he won't sit or lay down much if not at all. He eats, drinks, and pee and poop (a little bit less than normal but I think still a fine amount).

Below are some more information and a better timeline: (we live in an apartment on the second floor, and he has 2 spots in the house, one in the living room (an old couch cushions) and his crate in our room (full of blankets)).

10/25 (Sunday) - In the morning he doesn't eat much and he won't feel like walking, he won't go downstairs to go out for a walk, I will have to carry him downstairs but he can climb back up himself. I feel like his front paws were hurt because I'm thinking that is why he doesn't want to go downstairs (more pressure on the front paws?). When I finally got carried him downstairs he didn't feel like walking too much, he would just stand at one spot and looking around for a few mins then only walk a little bit more and do the same thing. When we got back up to the apartment I checked on his paws, didn't see any physical damage but he wasn't happy with me touching his front paws. In the afternoon he started breathing and panting very heavily and shaking. (I think he is in pain.) So we took him to a UrgentVet, the vet said she thinks his neck is hurt and stuff, he got a pain med injection and we took some pills and went home. With the injection and meds, heavy breathing, panting, and shaking got better.

10/26 (Monday) - With the pill, the vet said will make him sleepy. He sleeps most of the day, still don't feel like walking much but okay with us touching his paws now. still some panting but not much.

10/27 (Tuesday) - In the morning still won't walk down the stairs. After the morning walk, he was just laying on his spot in the living room, then he screamed once (we don't know the reason, no one was near him when it happened), he ran from the spot and even slightly hit a wall as he was running away, an hour or two later we heard another scream (we think he was laying in his crate, but no one saw it to be sure), he once again ran out. And he won't get near the living room or our room. And he wants to go out, very energized to walk and he can walk down the stair by himself now (no limping). And after a long walk, we got home he drinks water and immediately went to the door again wanting to go outside. And he just keeps walking around the door and won't sit or lay down. I then took him to our vet, he did some physical exam on him, messing with his paws and legs, my dog doesn't get upset or cry at all, and our vet said he didn't see anything physically wrong with my dog. I still gave him the pills today, but not sure why he didn't sleep at all.

10/28 (Wednesday) - pretty much the same thing. Okay to go up and down the stairs and walk a lot (no limping). Won't get near the living room or his crate much even if we are sitting on the couch and calling for him with a treat, he will get closer (because he wants the treat) but look like he is scared to get too close. Just keep wandering around by the door and wanting us to take him outside.

If anyone had a similar experience PLEASE HELP!!!
